So easy working with this company. They arrived within 2 hours of my initial phone call. They cleaned up the flooded basement quickly and put out dehumidifiers and air blowers over the weekend. - When I asked about the invoice, they claimed that this was because they charge 2 hours for travel (not indicated anywhere on the invoice) even though 2 hours of work plus 2 hours of travel would still only be 4 hours total not the 5 hours they billed.

- They also claimed that my job was classified as an " emergency" , and thus at a higher cost.
